                       Reign of Fire is a 2002 fantasy film starring Matthew McConaughey and Christian Bale. It was also based on a video game, so naturally I was super psyched to see this movie in theaters when it came out. An action movie about dragons set in the future based on a video game?? Yes, please. Dragon's Lair is a laserdisc video game published by Cinematronics in 1983. Wow, guess I am really dating myself with this reference. Come on, you guys totally remember this game! Back in the day, this used to be all the rage at the arcade. It just makes sense that on a day when America inaugurates its new President, we would profile a Dragon King. King Ghidorah (from old Godzilla movies) is a golden dragon monster with two legs, three heads on long necks, giant bat-like wings, and two tails. This Godzilla nemesis was capable of generating hurricane-force winds with its wings and magnetic force beams from its mouths.
